Processing time
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. During peak periods or limited releases, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping methods
We offer standard and express delivery options at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and selected service. Estimated delivery windows are shown before you complete your purchase.
International orders
We ship to selected international destinations. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view the status of your order by signing in to your account and visiting the Order History page.
